• I went to sleep earlier.
• I got my students papers and tests back on time.
• I actually prepared for lectures rather than 'winging' it.

• I didn't once hear my six year old say, "Not that U2 computer thing again, Mom?"
• But the majority of my time away from here probably went to the new baby that was in our house. No, not like that. A relative and her 8 month old needed a place to stay for a while, so they moved in with us. It turned out that the Mom had some medical issues, so I spent alot of time with the baby.

I'm glad I proved to myself that I could do it, but it's nice to be back with 'most' of you!
