Some asshole sent a text message to my phone saying that someone had called them up and said that they liked me,so i sent them a message back telling them to piss off and leave me alone and the bastards took all my credit on my phone!!! Aaaahhhh, i'm so pissed off right now!!

that's one of those companies like the ones who sent you a message telling you they have £1, 000, 000 with your name on it and to text them back and you can go collect it the next day.

I would most certainly think that you could complain to your mobile provider and get your credits back!
