Hi.

Someone sent to me e-mail last day.
I was really so happy.(Because I thought my first foreign pen-pal.)
Then I sent to e-mail.
But ...No anser.... I thought, That is jork.
I was really shocked,And I could'nt out my room.
I always thinking,I want foreign country friend.
Because I like learn abot foreign country,history,costum,life etc...

But my family and friends(japanese),they don't understand.
Always ,I tell abot foreign country and U2,They make strange face.

I did date an Australian guy(He speaked japanese),I visited America,I went to English school(But I dropped out. Because cost is too expensive.)

But now,I don't have job,boyfriend,understanding pepole...
I don't have confidence...

I'm sorry... I always asking...
I just... sad...

I already posted in another one of your threads Bono=Saint, but I actually lived in Japan for a couple years, and I studied Japanese at university. I spent the last year doing Japanese translation for a company here in the United States. I absolutely love everything about Japan.

And I agree, the shinkansen is very cool.

PS - I hated tsuyu, far too much rain and far too humid!!! Quite different than Utah. Nihon no natsu wa taihen desuyo.

Sure I can understand you Japan is a very cool place to stay. I also remember salted cherries for breakfast. And I do remember a tea ceremony. My father likes his kimono. Oh, sometime, in many years, I will go back to Japan!

Oh,salted cherries is "ume-boshi". It's sour to the taste,right?

I learned about tea ceremony. It's good Japanese custums.
But It's uncomfortable.
