I got called out for porn when I was 15-16 that I KNOW my stepdad looked at (it was really bad, that's how I know), but since he's a good Catholic man, my mom (natch) assumed it was me, he denied out his ass, and I got grounded for a month and was kept away from the computer for 3 months for something I didn't do, because not only was it assumed that I was looking at porn, but it was also assumed that I was lying to my parents.

Doing a scan one time will not remove spyware forever. You have to constantly scan as you would constantly scan for viruses. Worse case scenario a particular malicious ware may inbed itself into your systems registry. At that point the only recourse would be to reformat your hard drive funnnnn

I use both Ad-Aware and AVG Virus...and stuff always keeps poping up. Maybe somone else in the family isnt telling me something
