my evil plan has finally worked out.

I finally could convince my stepson that U2 are the best band in the world.

last night we were playing Elevation, me on my bass and he was singing along!!! YAY!!! I guess my hubby is now going to go for a divorce

I just sent ATYCLB to my nephew for his 10th birthday because "Beautiful Day" was his favorite song last summer (of course, that was a whole year ago--it could be off his radar by now and I might just be a lame aunt). I picture him and his little sister (6) dancing to "Elevation" in the living room. So far, no one has been able to validate this fantasy as of yet. But now you've given me the idea that I need to learn it on my guitar so I can really get them into it.

my stepson is 10, turning 11 later on this year. He?s about to discover music. Now is the right time to tell him that he?s father does not know anything about music but I do. Hehehehehe.
