The pic needs to be uploaded to a web site before the tags will work. If you want to upload from your comp, you need to be a premium (paying) member for that. Can you use snapfish or one of the other popular hosting sites that the folks here use? Geocities and some of the others wont allow remote linking, so you may need to hunt around for a good one to sign up with. Perhaps you could also find another pic on an existing site to link to.

I like what little of Depeche Mode I have heard...Can't remember what he looks like though, the singer that is!
