Many of you have visited my art site. I'm proud of this site, but it's not my only site. I have two historical sites, both of them related to the medieval re-enactment society I'm in. I started a general list of medieval links in 2000, and another one sub-specializing in the cultures of the Czechs, the Moravians and the Slovaks in 2002. Gosh, I have worked so hard on these sites. For what it's worth, I've gotten honors in my group because of my work on these sites. I'll knock off the boasting, but I was just putting new links on the sites and it occurred to me just how much work these things have been. If you want to check them out here are the URL's.

I really enjoy working on these sites. In fact, aside from doing art, there's nothing I enjoy more than working on these sites, and then surfing the lists myself!

I really enjoyed your site on West Slav cultures. I actually had enough courses to declare a minor in South Slav Studies during my Undergrad, but didn't bother as I was in a Specialist stream and therefore didn't require any additional minors or majors with that.

One cool thing about Slavic tribes is that they were the only tribes within Europe which always prohibited slavery. :)

I've been working on the older site. I decided the Celtic studies list really stank because it was so small, so I've put about eight sites in it since last Friday. I also put a little stuff in the Slavic section, and have more additions in the works. I'm going to hit patron saints sites and link them. The West Slavic site gets alot of traffic from genealogy freaks. I'm going to look for a site about how Kirkcudbright got its name and make the people on the list guess how to pronounce the name of the place.

South Slav cultures? I raided some Bogomil sites yesterday, they are now linked in the "Slavic Studies Sites" category of the older site. They did prohibit slavery, but they gave us a rather infamous word.
