Well Philk, I think I'm the same. I often think about how I have no friends... but actually I know loads of people, and they generally all like me and think I'm a good time.
People seem to move on, like get married and/or have kids and they start hanging with other couples or people with kids. Doing different stuff. Do they want to go out and see old punk bands? No, but I do. So I just go and meet up with old mates when I'm there. But they're the people I only ever see at those things.
I'm a bit of a drifter and just cruise through life. I can't be bothered going out of my way that much to connect with people. Like mostly I can't be bothered talking to new people cos I'll never see them again.
