You know you're in trouble when you refresh the main page every ten minutes in the hope that something will have happened. Because that's what I have found myself doing at times.

I now consider Free Your Mind, Lemonade Stand and The Goal is Soul to be the official 'happening' forums. The Radiohead cul-de-sac has died a quick death. Stroke of evil genius from Elvis there - now they have their own forum, they have nothing to talk about.

I love how people here whom I've never met can be so willing to help me out (ie. making copies of bootlegs, videos, etc.)
I love that there is a place on the internet to meet these people.
I love the vibe I get from some of the forums around here.
I love that there are other people in the world who I can share with.

...and Sicy, while I dont post as often as well, most of you here, I know what you mean. Just remember, we're all here because we all love the same kind of music. Partly a matter of perception, give it time. My comment I guess was due to the fact that The Goal is Soul seems to be getting a steady stream of discussion, whereas the Radiohead forum kind of fizzled out after the first rush (the first two or three days). So I consider it 'dead' not in the sense that nobody is posting there (some are), but in that the slight level of activity bears little resemblence to the shitloads of Radiohead-related posting that seemed to go on previously (in EYKIW for example).

Don't get me wrong, I hope the Radiohead forum thrives, but I suspect over the next few months you'll see a very different picture (no. of threads vs. the no. of threads in The Goal is Soul).

I have a love/hate relationship with interference just like everybody else. Most of the time I love it and I have made some wonderful friends here but when it becomes too much to handle, I just take a break from it for a couple days and then I feel better again.

what Salome said is true. and it kind of spreads, I know there are many kind people here who hurt for each other.
