I think I'd jump in a shredder after working one day at Kinkos.

you are lucky, mvd75, that you only had to do this once. i have to help people figure out their e mail AT LEAST once a day. i work at a library with free public internet access...this one woman came to me and wanted to e mail her soon-to-be-ex that she wanted the divorce papers signed, but she was terrified that he would know where she was if she mailed him from the library. i kept insisting that she was perfectly safe, but she could not be convinced...

LOL, that's just the kind of thing that happens to me all the time. The worst thing is that I'm useless with computers, I mean I can barely use the internet and get my email, so I'm useless at helping people but I feel so guilty when I say no

Sounds like she's doing better than my mom - she's still trying to get the hang of double clicking!
