I almost had a drink at lunch today. 
I did get kind of tipsy a few months ago at lunch.

last june, i was supposed to go to staff day for the library district. they have it at one of the big hotels on the strip, and it's a way mandatory type event. well, my co-worker and i decided we were going to say his truck broke down and go to the lake instead. so, as i'm telling my boss why we didn't show, i made the mistake of saying, "yeah, we stopped and had a beer waiting for the tow truck."

Every Friday, my former boss and I used to go have margaritas at lunch and get completely snockered. 
Our hour lunch would stretch into 2 and 3 hours and by the time we got back to work, we were totally useless. Her husband (the big boss) finally said we couldn't go to lunch together on Fridays anymore
