Cathartic experiences from tv/ movies/ music etc?

hey folks



sometimes an innocuous line in a movie or a tv show just makes you throw your arms up, sometimes its because its exactly what happened to you in real life



i was watching the season 3 dvd of an australian tv show 'Love My Way' and a male character came face to face with the female lead character: anyway his line was: 'sorry about how things worked out between us'

i find music does something cool at times. despite my obnoxious personality, i'm actually fairly quiet and have a huge tendency to day dream. i can hear songs years after a time when i would be deep in thought about things, people, places, plans, and i can still remember to this day the thoughts i had and the feelings it gave at the time.
