But I bet the counselor would say that I wasn't that bad to be on TV or have an intervention. My mom even laughed when I said I wanted to be on that show.

That show is so fucked, it's scary. I hope you are not that bad!

At the same time, I think it's rather pointless to compare how "bad" someone is. Addiction is addiction and abuse is abuse, ANY amount is bad, unwanted, unhealthy, etc. and people should have help regardless.
