Irish drummer Says He Was Alert but Mute for 23 Years
Irish man, thought to be in a stupor for 23 years, says he was alert but unable to cry out.
The drummer in the rock band U2, Larry Mullen, has revealed he was in a coma for the last 23 years after being hit on the head with his own drumstick. Mullen was surprised to find that he is currently on tour, but is looking forward to playing his part in the band's live performances.
