My name is Jon, and most of my friends call me Jonny. If I were to list all of the songs in popular music history that featured the name Jon, John, Johnny, or Jonny, it would break the forum.

Whoops.

Also, since everyone calls me "Jess(i)e James," I'm taking this one, too...

My middle name (Dawn)... I loved this song when I was a wee sprite.

As for the name I normally go by (Lisa), if you don't count songs that mention 'Mona Lisa' then you end up with:
"Lisa" by 3rd Strike
"Lisa Listen" by Lisa Loeb
"Lisa" by Joe Rapolla & The Perfect Square
"Lisa Listen to Me" by Blood, Sweat & Tears
(And on a technicality, I'm going to include "Crazy Love" by Adam Sandler - because although he's singing to & with Lisa Mordente, he never calls her by name in the lyrics )

I've never run across a song with my name in it.

Anyone know any Alicia songs?

Googling "Alicia lyrics" takes me to Alicia Keys, lol. Ahh forget it! Think of it this way.. your name is too cool and unique to show up in a pop song.

Alicia Keys has stolen my thunder.

I know there are a few appearances of "Aisha," like in Stevie Wonder's "Isn't She Lovely," but that's about it.
