Has anyone used rentalcars.com?

Hi... not sure where else to post this.

I was wondering if anyone here has used this rentalcars.com website, and what their experience was? I'm a bit suspicious of how cheap they are.

Used them in Europe in June. Ultimately the rental was with Avis. Cheap and without any issues or surprise charges after the fact.
