I know the site's pretty slow at the moment, but god it's irritating clicking "New Posts" hoping to see some activity then seeing the results are about 4 active threads of actual discussion...and 20+ threads of stuff like

"What are you eating?"
"What are you wearing?"
"How are you?"
"Post the first word that pops into your head"
"What did you just do?"
"Post in this thread when you blink"
"What song is in your head?"
"What are you drinking?"
"Post every time you fart"
"When did you last scratch your ass?"
"What's the weather like?"
"Post when someone walks past your house"
"Word association game"
"Post when you clear your throat"

And for the last few days they've permanently taken up the entire page of threads when searching for something a bit more stimulating because a handful of people are going and replying to every single thread at once

I'll admit I can't really complain as I replied ONCE to the what are you wearing thread, but this is getting out of hand now.

Agreed, it's annoying searching sub-forums of sub-forums for new posts because all the useful threads have been buried. These 'game' threads should've been excluded from Recent Threads a long time ago.

I'm very on the fence about remaining in the Dems to vote for leftist candidates in the primaries (PA is closed so you must be a party member to vote in the primary) or just saying "fuck it" and leaving the party for DSA. I'm supporting DSA causes, at the very least, and have joined a small political action group.

Totally inconsequential, but I would like to request that soulless virtual platforms stop being spoken of like they have agency. Examples: "Twitter disagrees with x," "the internet freaked out over z" and so on.
