It is. I have eyes on a few potential 2024 replacements not named Harris.
Why replace President Biden?
And a glass ceiling shatterer like Vice President Harris would be a no-go for you?

it's amazing how the dems managed to even fuck up the timing of the 2nd hearing - which has a good chance of being bumped by every news network if the supreme court does what they're expected to do.
edit: they just bumped the start time 45 minutes. clearly this means that liz cheney an interference member.
Liz Cheney is a person with terrible views who threw her own sister under the bus and is also doing the right thing, and her abilities are fucking impressive.
The Dems need to learn from her.
i'm all in favor of adding a maximum age to the presidency. if we can have a minimum, we can have a maximum. same goes for congress. nothing would help fix many of our issues than simply aging some of these assholes out.
no biden, no trump, no bernie, no nancy, no cocaine mitch.
I've advocated for a maximum age for some time. Maybe 70 to start your first term (you can run for re-election at 73 for example but can't run if over 70 for a second term that is non-consecutive a la Grover Cleveland).
It makes sense to me that if you aren't ready for office until a certain age, you can also definitely age out. All of us (save Harrison Ford of course) will decline physically and mentally as we age, it's just a fact. Sure, the level and timeline of decline will vary widely, but we should have some agreed upon baseline to use.
If you happen to be power lifting 2,869 lbs. and solving the NYT crossword in 6.9 seconds flat at age 114 like Harrison Ford, good for you but you still can't be President, but you can play him in a sequel if you like.
Rosen told Trump that the Justice Department could not “flip a switch and change the election,” according to notes of the conversation cited by the Senate Judiciary Committee.
“I don’t expect you to do that,” Trump responded, according to the notes. “Just say the election was corrupt and leave the rest to me and the Republican congressmen.” The president urged Rosen to “just have a press conference.
I mean, it’s obvious, right? The radicalization became more pronounced with the rise of Trump. Fox News was around for years but didn’t get to where they are now until Trump came along.
The blame squarely falls on him.
Fox was pretty insane when we had a Black president.
I remember watch Bill O’Reilly a little bit in the late 1990s, and it wasn’t that crazy. He just seemed like a cranky white guy who thinks the past was better than it was.
I think a big radicalizing event was 9/11. And then the Iraq War.
Maybe I am looking at things with rose colored glasses because I was a teenager then, but it seems after the Bush presidency of the early 90s and then the recession rebound coupled with the ending of the Gulf War 93-99 were some pretty chill years. Does anyone else share this take?
