Now that we know Ginni Thomas is a terrorist, and her husband provided the single vote against access to texts by the January 6 committee, what are the odds CT remains on the court assuming he is able to continue to perform his duties (which usually involves not asking questions)? At a minimum, what are the odds he recused himself from any J6 cases, given that his wife is an confirmed insurrectionist who conspired to overthrow the duly elected US government and install someone else?

The other point is, that it works well in general. When it comes to issues such as child abuse or child pornography, the response to that by many people exclusively is an emotional one. All reasoning goes out the window. People like out outcompete each other about who can come up with the more severe punishment. So someone who seems to be lenient with any pedophile is immediately discredited. No matter how well Jackson explains that as a judge she has to consider many factors and the ruling has to reflect all these factors, that won't be heard. She doesn't jail these people for life and throws away the keys, that means she is either sympathetic with the perpetrators or even one of them.

It's extremely effective.

Why isn’t the news media covering this for what it really is? The wife of a Justice of the highest court in the land working with the Chief of Staff to overturn the 2020 election. And this same Justice is the lone NO vote on a case to turn over information regarding a violent insurrection that his wife actively took part in planning and attended.

And the front runner for 2024 is the man who led the entire thing
