as per usual, Alan Dershowitz is acting as if he is a totally innocent man he so plainly is:


Alan Dershowitz told The Post on Friday that Ghislaine Maxwell should be “presumed innocent” — and that the feds’ sex case against her may fall apart because of statutes of limitation.

In 2008, the Harvard University law professor helped Maxwell’s perverted pal Jeffrey Epstein secure a plea deal with federal prosecutors in Florida while the sexual predator was under investigation for abusing underage girls.

Dershowitz also is embroiled in a lawsuit himself against Virginia Guiffre, who claims Epstein kept her as a teenage sex slave and forced her to sleep with both Prince Andrew and Dershowitz. The lawyer and royal both have vehemently denied this.

The day after Maxwell’s bust as an alleged onetime madam for the late Epstein, Dershowitz told The Post: “Ghislaine is presumed innocent until found guilty.

“It’s not going to be so easy” to convict her, he added.

“There’s the statute of limitations,” the lawyer said, noting that at least some of the accusations against her are several decades old.

He said she may cop to a plea to avoid trial.

“We don’t know what position she’ll take, whether or not she’ll try to make an agreement,” Dershowitz said.

Maxwell was arrested by the FBI at her $1 million pad in Bradford, NH, on Thursday on charges she helped procure underage sex partners for Epstein.

She’s currently in custody in New Hampshire, ahead of an expected transfer to New York.

“Ghislaine should be allowed out on bail, she’s not dangerous. … Maybe subject to house detention and monitoring,” Dershowitz said.

I just can't watch a single second of that Trump Mt. Rushmore thing. I'd lose my breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Did he sign an executive order to add his orange face to the monument?

I'm sure Don Jr has covid now or already did, and that's how Kimmy got it. No way are they going to let it become public if any Trump family member tests positive.
 
I wonder if it dawns on the MAGA crowd that all this lawlessness , statues crumbling, and history being erased is Happening on HIS watch!!

He’s never stopped campaigning. It’s the whole deep state with this crowd. Even when they’re in power they have to do the mental splits or handstand to show they still don’t have the power. They’re still the underdog.

I’m just glad his rally didn’t burn down the Forrest.

His bank account might be elite.

Culturally, he is miles from the elite. He doesn’t give a shit about arts or culture, which literally every millionaire/billionaire in NYC scrambles to prove through donations to the ballet or whatever or sponsoring individual artists. His tastes are absolutely dull — hamburders and the like. He doesn’t read, he doesn’t know history, he doesn’t have any indication of any sort of life of the mind beyond power dynamics, acquisition, and ejaculating inside porn stars. He has poor taste in decor. His was always an aspirational brand for assholes.

In fairness, he has run the country like a businessman, where he has tried to use the presidency to make himself as much money as possible while running it into the ground before walking away from the ruins and blaming someone else.

Last week, the highest number of Americans ever are in support of MORE immigration.

Favorable view of BLM has sky rocketed from 25% to in the 60's.

Need for police reform is in the 80% range.

All this has happened because people are seeing the consequences of Trump and republican views.
