Israel doesn't have any right to build those settlements, allowing settlers to flood the area prevents any peace deal, and the religious mindset that drives the horrid affair gets people butchered.

The article you posted denied the existence of any Palestinian Arab people - that is pure is propaganda for a one state solution. Arabs lived on the land before the formation of Israel and the land in the West Bank and Gaza wasn't part of Israel when it was founded.

Perhaps a Christian who believes that God choose a tribe of people to conquer an area of land, and that divine warrant justifies colonial expansion to this day.

Arabs lived in the area before Zionism began, and they deserve their property rights.

Strongbow, I never, ever said that we should not have independent states. I don't believe we should exclude Jews from living there, get rid of Irael, any of that stuff. No. We shouldn't do that. There's no reason to. They can live there just as much as anyone else can. I don't know why you keep making it sound like that's what I think, because it isn't. I wasn't intending on getting into a big thing over the simple word "odd", all I merely meant with that was that given the touchy religious ground there, given the potential for violence and strife that could happen there (and eventually did happen there-again, any peace they did have is wonderful and miraculous, but clearly it didn't last), it just seems odd that people would be willing to risk living there. That's all. It'd be odd for any religious group to plant roots there, because that area seems to be ground zero for a lot of the fights going on, the kind A_Wanderer alluded to. But if Israelis want to live there, fine. Arabs want to live there, fine. Christians want to live there, fine. Just odd that any one of them would choose to stay in a place where there's a strong chance of war and fighting. But that's their choice, they clearly all see something worthwhile about that area (and despite all the turmoil, you could easily find good things to say about that area of the world, too, that would be an argument for living there) so if they want to live there and create their own states, fantastic. I hope it works out. I really do. I want everyone to be able to have their own state, their own place to reside, free of the fear of anyone bothering them.

As for that website...this is a part I found interesting:

It is? Where? I don't really hear our news media bringing that up on a daily basis, I can tell you that much.

I think the music playing on the site should also perhaps be a tip-off. Makes the whole thing a little creepier.
