So reports came out at the end of the year that Hostess had actually been ramping up for liquidation for over a year and the union strike had nothing to do with it. The people hired to turn around the already failing company came in and took the company further into the ground. Fear not they still walked away with fat bonuses and the workers got blamed. and people wonder why so many are upset by the current state of the machine these days...
