Main setup has been the same for 20+ years.

Minor changes occuring during the show. The bongos are setup to Larry's left for "...Boots" and "Mysterious Ways". Floor tom to Larry's left for some songs, like "WOWY". Yamaha Peter Erskine snare drum to his left for "...Streets...".

A big change is his snare...He used a Brady for years but changed to a Ludwig Black Beauty for the 360 tour. I am digging the sound of the BB but Larry can make any set sound good !

True, the Black Beauty is new.

And if you look at U2.com video from the recording of HTDAAB, the video for their cover of "Father Christmas" and the photos from their time in Olympic Studios, it looks like a lot if not all of NLOTH was recorded on a black oyster finish Ludwig drum kit; not unlike Ringo Starr's iconic Beatles kit.

In the videos, you also see that Larry was trying some Zildjian A Custom cymbals. Interesting.

Larry working on "Boots", playing the Ludwig kit and Zildjian cymbals:

Cool!! I love the classic sound and look of the Ludwigs out there these days. They really picked it up a notch.

Then your girlfriend has a nice drumkit! Is hers new or vintage? I think that Larry's Ludwig kit might be from the 1960's.
