This is definitely correct for the main riff of the song. And, I gotta say, it's a pretty damn fun and easy little lick to play. Of course, you'd have to put some serious distortion on that bitch for it to sound like the SEXY BOOTS but, yeah, that's it.

These parts return for a while and then the band goes into a stomp-break before the final chorus.
Edge is shredding (very fast strumming) for the solo bit while stomping away on his wah-wah pedal.
