Return fo Taylor guitars for The Edge? not exclusively but The Edge did use a Taylor for "Stay" in Seattle last night

I haven't had time to upload any pics from the shows yet. Just got home last night.

The Taylor on 6/4 in Seattle might have been just an experiment as he was back to using the Gibson J-200 for "Stay" at the 6/7 show in Oakland.

The J-200 does have a bigger fuller sound; which you'd expect from a jumbo.

I love the look of that guitar strap on the Taylor. Not sure of the make and model (yet). But I will have to look into that.

As for the model of the guitar... Looks to be an 814ce. I've a message off to Taylor for confirmation.

Per Taylor Guitars, the guitar in the picture is a Taylor 716ce in Honeyburst finish.

While Taylor may have sent Edge a 716ce recently (They said that they had), I think they were mistaken in identifying the guitar in the picture as that guitar.

Why?

700 series have dot inlays.

The guitar in the picture the mother-of-pearl 800 series fingerboard inlays.
