It a guitar tab program that you download and then you download tabs and it plays them back to you with full tab in a midi formatt its pretty good once you get use to it

A nice program. Unfortunately when I install it for some strange reason I can no longer record with Cool Edit Pro using the line in. So I rarely use it. I used it to create the Mofo bass synth for my Mofo live backing track.
