hi does anyone know what kind of guitar pick holder Edge uses on all of his and Bono's guitars.

Picks on the guitar are normally stuck between the guitar and pickguard. Some Dallas have gaffer-taped to the top side of the guitars.

I know they don't make them in green.

Those are blue teardrop Herdim picks.
Bono had some green ones.
I know that they've had another company make some Herdim-like picks in gree and in blue, with "U2" embossed into them.
