Edge and his Gibson ES 330TD

The TD means thinline and dual pickups. If single pickup models would be a ES 330T

I am not sure when Edge got this guitar. Could have been something he got during the Joshua Tree tour?

I first saw of this guitar was photos from the Achtung Baby sessions and the Zoo tours.

It seems that Edge had taken a particular liking to this guitar as it did end up making appearances in the "One", "Even Better Than The Real Thing" and "Who's Gonna Right Your Wild Horses" videos.

By Popmart "One" was played on a Gretsch Country Gentleman and the ES-330TD seemed to have fallen out of favor, although it was used for "Holy Joe" at the Popmart tour launch at K-Mart

And it was also used for "Please" during the Euro MTV Awards

And it was also seen in the "Staring At The Sun" video

Anyone have more pictures of Edge with this guitar? I only have a few. I was wondering of others have more.

Is this one of the guitars presumably lost in the Hanover Quay flood some years back? Haven't seen it since the Pop era and I assume the Casino he has now is its replacement. I reckon he used the ES-330 on more than a couple Achtung Baby songs. A P90 equipped hollowbody + SDD3K + AC30 = tone heaven.

I have seen edge use it on one tree hill on joshua tree tour.

Edge used a Gibson 335 for "One Tree Hill" during the Joshua Tree tour, not a Gibson ES330TD.

Check the video. About 1:43 into it, you can see the nickel covers of the ES-335's humbucker pickups, not the black plastic covers of the `59 330TD.
