Does anyone know how to play Desire on the harmonica? I dug one up today and have the biggest urge to be able to play it.

What key is the harmonica in? I don't remember what key Desire's in, but if the harmonica's not in the same key as the song itself, it'll sound all wrong.

The harmonica is in G, and I have no idea about the key Desire is in. Bah!

Chords are D-A-E, so i guess it's D

I'd say Desire is in A, since EMajor is in it, whose 3rd is a GSharp.

D has G and A, but not GSharp, which AMajor contains.

So, to the original poster, if you have someone accompany you on guitar, have them tune down a whole step so you can play along.

Or buy another harmonica!

The original song is in the key is E major. I can't remember whether the guitar is tuned down to Eb or not.
