COBL Intro Effect?

Hi, want to know what is the effect in City of Blinding Lights, Edge uses live, i see in live and the DVD of Chicago, what is the name of the effect????

I assume one half of the sound is his normal COBL guitar sound. The other half is the sound of two AMS 1580s Edge uses for shimmer on this tour.

if you watch the chicago dvd closely, you can see edge switch the eventide off after the intro, so yea he does still have it
