Bullet Settings

Hey just keen to know what type of settings i shuld be using for bullet the blue sky currently i use a strat (replaced pickups, better when cranked), then cranked tubescreamer, compressor, delay into a roland cube 30 on the vox ac30 setting with plenty of volume and gain at around 11 o'clock (i find on this setting adding any more gain makes the amp sound way to muddy) anyway i just think its lacking the true tone in this song should i look at getting a sd-1 cos that seems to be a n edge favorite any thoughts?

i use pod xt and sd-1 into a vox ac 30. with sdd 2000. i like the sound.
