Buffer-Boost pedal?

What is the buffer-boost pedal at the bottom left of this guy's pedal board? The navy blue one that he says is super clean and is only at about 2 or 3 out of 10?

Its made by skydestrup. the company that makes edges midi pedal board.

Yeah it is a Bufferooster BR-1 pedal made by Steen Skrydstrup. Acts as both a (clean) Boost and a built-in buffer.

(That's my board and the level it was set to on that clip was between 2 - 3 out of 10. )
