Beautiful Day - Effects

Hey just wondering if anyone knew the effect, or set of effects, that The Edge uses for that weird sound around the 2mins 10secs mark?

Thanks!!

If its what I think it is, probably a pitch shifter. Since its Edge, it could be more, but primarily a pitch shifter set to +2 octaves I think.

Yep, definitely a pitch shifter, but there's a phaser on it too, it definitely changes vowel sound toward the end.
