I'm doing this from memory and it may not be 100% but I was attempting this tune a few days ago. It was played in the key of A on the Elevation Tour. You can simply move the old tab for the riffs/solo up one string due to this key change. You shouldn't need to play anything on different frets, just one string up.
For the intro pick these arpeggio and for chorus play them as regular chords:

I just double checked these chords and they appear to be correct. I got them from the U2-sound egroup.
