if you come up with 90bpm I would try 500ms for dotted eighth.

As for the album version, per the official publishing by Blue Mountain Music, it's 89 (from the music book "U2: the Complete Songs").

Needless to say, not a huge difference between 89 and 90. 90 is certainly close enough. Live? Not sure. Mick knows better than me, as I am sure he's probably played it live before.
