Anyone have a proper tab for this? I tried the tab that uses a capo on the 3rd fret but it just doesnt sound good at the prechorus.

but not normal F, it like this

d-3
a-x
e-x

Originaly Edge plays C-F but like A chord(C on 3rd fret, F on 10th fret)

Or you can play like this:
C: F:
e-0 e-1
b-1 b-1
g-0 g-2
d-2 d-3
a-3 a-3
e-3 e-x

In all ways you play F-G in chorus and bridge has Am and some more, can't remember
