That's exactly what i wrote when i tried to post the link last night!
You are the man Craigp! But seriously, the Ibanez musician is my absolute favorite bass he has ever used. It sounds so great on that video too. Twilight is also just a great all around song. My fav drumbeat too.

Didn't he regretfully say in some interview that he tried to "modify" it by cutting a big chunk out of it? He then said that the bass sounded really bad after his modification. He was either talking about the Ibanez or some other earlier bass. Anyone remember the interview?

That's an awesome version of Twilight...anyone notice Adam singing on the "shadow" part 3/4 through? I belive Bono said they never plugged in his mic at performances...heh.

"Punk rock from Venus!" "New album soon!"

Yeah, he pretty much sits on a Throne of Lies.

though one thing that he said i do believe:
Q magazine Nov 2006

Q: "Whats the best thing youve ever seen in Q?"

Bono: " (Bono rant lol).....I'm just waiting for 15 ways to wear your guitar this summer!"

I know for a *fact* that Adam sang into an empty mic in the early days! It's true! Of course, I'm too lazy to find the article...

Anyone have any ideas for Adam's WORST song??? The otherwise awesome bassline for SBS sounds horrible on the UABRS ep.

ummm... I think there is a bass on Van Diemens land - if you listen carefully - and don't you catch him playing it on the R&H vid?

Edge plays 40.....he and Adam switch instruments, so you cant consider that one of Adam's songs

Can't believe no one has mentioned Wire. Without that intense base work the song would be as driven and aggressive.
