So what about that other Passengers-ish album the band was talking about?

Of course I expect almost all of the talk now to be about NLOTH, but I remember a while back they were talking about a more experimental album kind of like Passengers. It really had me hyped since I love Passengers. Your Blue Room is easily one of my favorite U2 songs. U2's more ambient songs have always been my favorites.

Maybe they scrapped the idea. Hopefully we'll hear about it after the NLOTH hype dies down.

MOS sounds a lot like Your Blue Room, the instrumental passage of UC sounds Passenger-ish, F-BB might sound like that as well, I guess there are some Passenger references on that album. I'm not a Passengers fan, but I wouldn't mind some references, as long as it's not the whole album.

I don't want another Passengers, but I do really like "Your Blue Room". Thanks for reminding me about it. I bought that album for that after hearing it stream from u2.com in 2002 or so.
