Not sure about ranking them, but here's how I feel in a nutshell:
Hits: Blackout, The Best Thing, Little Things
Misses: Get Out of Your Own Way, American Soul
Not bad so far, and about what I expect from a new U2 album. I hope there will be at least one song that blows me away like The Troubles or Crystal Ballroom from SOI. Haven't heard anything like that from SOE yet.

Little Things: 8 (need to experience the album version to give a proper rating)
Best Thing: 5.5 (Got some good verse lyrics and the Edge sings; otherwise a snore-fest. Kygo brought it to life, but we're not here to rate that version)
Get Out: 2 (Don't hate it aside from the intro, but it has nothing redeemable about it.)
