You've played it over and over. Why wait for the full song when you can go with your gut instinct?

Rank this clip against all other U2 tracks! Is it better than Boots? The Miracle? Streets??

I'm putting it in the high 100s.

Haha great thread, worth coming out of hibernation for this one

Best since Invisible

It sounds fun, we didn't get that much fun U2 on SOI

Right up there with Endless Deep, Race Against Time, and Xanax and Wine on the U2 Rushmore.

Judging by the 15-second clip, I would say that this may be on a Vertigo level. Of course, I am probably wrong and the rest of the song is completely different. But that's the best or worst I can say about it at the moment.

On the basis of the 15 seconds I confidently predict this song could be as fondly remembered as Wild Honey.

I guess the new song has nothing to do with Miracle or Boots.
My impression based on the 15-sec clip is that The Blackout is more like Elevation, probably.

really excited that they've evidently decided to go for another understated, not at all over-the-top performance video to go with it.
