Confirmed track names?

Does anyone know when the first few song titles of HTDAAB were confirmed or leaked? Only a few months before HTDAAB's release or earlier?

If I remember correctly the name 'Vertigo' was mentioned in July or August 2004, but even then we didn't know if it was the name of a song or of the album.

Thanks! So indeed, if 2004 is any indication of what lies ahead, this means we only have to wait for about 4/5 months to know the name of the album and about 7 months to know the name of the songs. After 3,5 years of waiting on a new album, that's just a piece of cake.
