Buying Standard CD Only -- Anyone Else?

The friendliest place on the web for anyone that follows U2.

I keep flip flopping on whether or not to buy the boxset....

It is U2 and they only release an album every few years...and I really like the album...

Maybe the digipack is enough....although, the extra hardback book and hardcopy of Linear would be nice to have. And it's only $60.00 at Best Buy tommorrow...:hmm:

When I called my local Best Buy they told me it was $65.00 plus tax & they were only getting (8) of the Box sets in.

I just want the basic album. I'm used to that. I would buy the album back in previous days (back then, that's all you got until the singles came out with unreleased tracks, or if we were really lucky, an EP, as in Wide Awake). I certainly don't begrudge U2 releasing collector's versions. That's cool. Some folks are really into that stuff, and I don't blame them one iota, the fans or the band. But there's something so interesting about a standard 10-12 song "album" that I still love to this day.
