Do you get some specific error? I have it on dvd, but that's the whole tv show (some 30 minutes). My "interview" was only 4 minutes.

^ Unknown filetype, my computer doesn't know which program to use to open the file. The link doesn't take me to a website, it seems to go directly to a file, but the file is unknown.

I tried again now, and a page opens (I have WMP installed at home, that's the difference), but it says Page not found. I tried clicking the link and copying it and inserting it into my browser, but nothing happens.

Thanks that's great, don't worry about it being out of synch, that I can fix. I just couldn't get the damned asf files to download with my normal program.

Yeah they changed my living room into a studio with a green screen and studio lights. It was a fun experience

I always have the same problem What actually works is to right click the link, chose "copy shortcut" then open WMP, find the file menu and chose "open url" and paste the shortcut there. That works for me
