No I didn't I actually thought it was the screen capture I was using and I just noticed that I was saving them as gifs

Im going to try the jpg..

edit:
arrgh! it keeps flipping back to gif, since I just used the screen capture (one that Im not too familiar with)...I'll fix some of these though (some are SO worth fixing)
