Poor Larry, the guy is being disected into pieces. Right, Left, front, and rear buttocks
Kinda reminds me of that cow poster you often see in a butchers shop. You know, the
one with the cow cut up into pieces with lines... saying beef, serloin, steak, meatballs, hamburger, ham
