Back from the Neil McCormick lecture here in Pittsburgh. What a fun couple of hours. He showed us a trailer from the film that was a couple minutes long. The part in the book when he asks the girl he's with to turn off the lights because of the poster of Bono on her wall made it into the film. Too funny! He said they made sure to get Bono's character true to life. Supposedly, the actor who plays him was spot on. Neil joked that the movie version of yourself will always be better looking. He sang I Found God and another tune with his acoustic guitar. I wasn't expecting that! I got my copy of the book signed and told him how much I enjoyed reading it. Well, he does have one thing on Bono. He's definitely taller!

IMDB says this movie is going to be released in the UK in April. Hopefully the US will get it this spring too I loved this book.

We didn't get IMGL so I'm guessing we won't get this one either
