Unknown Song Question: ACHTUNG BABY video

Does anyone know what the song is behind the collage that's between the radio interview and "The History Mix" on the ACHTUNG BABY video? And where it's from?

It starts about 2.5 minutes in. The lyrics I'm able to discern include "slip on through".

Yikes. Haven't seen this VHS in years. Is it the track playing over the shot of thousands of fans rushing into a stadium? Is it heavily distorted vocals? If so, it's the intro to the live version of the Fly on the ZooTV tour. Bono is singing, "slipping through the cracks" by the way.
