Dunno if this has been done before, but I love these things, we do it elsewhere.

Basic premise is you put in a u2 lyric at Google Translate and then translate it back into english.

When posed with a lyric in a different language, you can either (or both preferably) try and guess the what the lyric is and then translate it back to english, to see the literal translation.

Hilarity on some occasions.

So, for example, if I put in "she will suffer the needle chill, she's running to stand still" into the google translator, it returns in english as "it will chill the needle, you are running stop".


So let's have a go, ay??
