Inspirational Songs

My band might be covering a U2 song for this school event. The supervisor said it has to be some sort of inspirational song, and I know U2 has atleast one. Any thoughts on what would be best?

My vote would defineatly go to Pride or Walk on when it comes to being inspirational.

One's not an inspirational song at all. The majority of the song is about the break-down of a relationship. I would peg songs like "A Beautiful Day," "Walk On," "Grace," "Original of the Species," among others as inspirational. Hope this helps.

i would say "Acrobat" "don't let the bastards grind you down" but the "you can swallow or you can spit" might be wrong in the minds of many a high school kid.
