i need help with a song

hey. im having trouble with a song thats played at work. i really think its a u2 song. the guy singing sounds just like bono and the gutiar sounds like the edge. i dont have too many words just a few one of the words i do know he sings in the song is......"you dont have to be alone" and im pretty sure the other one is " baby please come home" its not the christmas song. i was wondering can anyone please tell me what song this is and what album its on?.
